As an Assistant Equipment Manager, My Mission is to support the athletic program by ensuring all equipment and gear are maintained, organized, and available to enhance athlete performance, safety, and team efficiency. I am committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and attention to deal while contributing to a culture of excellence and teamwork​.

What We Offer

1. Game & Practice Prep

Set up equipment; Balls, Cones, Pads, Jerseys

Ensure all gear is clean, organized, and ready for use

Inflate and check balls, inspect shoes and accessories​

​

2. Support During Events

Manage water stations and cooling areas

Assist with uniform change, towel distribution

Troubleshoot last-minute gear issues

​​

3. Post Event Breakdown

Collect and sanitize equipment

Inventory check and log missing items

Help pack gear for travel or return
