The Deputy of Security ensures the day to day execution of safety protocols and works closely with the director of security to support athletes, teams, and events. Whether it's managing on site personnel or handling incident response, the deputy keeps operations smooth, secure, and athletes-focused.
Responsibilities & Services:
*Event & Venue Support
*Supervise security setup and breakdown at games, practices, and tournaments
*Monitor Athletes-only zones and crowd control points
*Manage check-in and identification protocols

Travel & Personal Support
*Escort athletes during travel or hotel stays
*Monitor lodging safety and practice transit logistics
*Coordinate with local law enforcement if needed

incident Response& Risk Mitigation
*Provide immediate response to on site issues
*Log and report safety violations or incidents
*Ensure first aid and emergency supplies are accessible
​
Collaboration with Director of Security
*Implement large-scale security strategies
*Communicate updates or risks in real- time
*Train temporary or assistant security personnel
