Player Development
Basketball Skills Development
1. Ball Handling- Drills using two balls, cones, and resistance bands to improve control and speed.
2. Shooting- Focus on Mechanics, release speed, and accuracy (mid range, three-point, and free throws).
3. Footwork & Agility- Incorporate ladder drills, pivots, and post moves (inspired by Hakeem Olajuwon & Kobe Bryant).
4. Passing & Court Vision- Train like Magic Johnson & John Stockton with no look and high IQ passes.
5. Defense- Improve lateral quickness steals( like John Stockton & Rudy Fernandez), and blocking( like Hakeem Olajuwon).
6. Rebounding- Use box-out drills and positioning techniques (inspired by Wilt Chamberlain& Bill Russell).
